Tasting Notes: As a result of the usage of only free-run juice at crushing, this wine is deeply flavoured and fragrant. It captures the character of Riesling enhanced by aromatics of lime, lemon and grapefruit. The seamless palate provides an acid finale. Like most Riesling wines from Clare Valley, it should be drunk whilst young and fresh. The wine can also be cellared for five years for delightful aged flavours. This wine can be had as an aperitif or served with seafood.
